I would like to that Rich, for spending the time to show me the correct setup for my Vehicle. He quickly assessed what kind of music I listened to and at what levels, from there he easily transferred me into the Car Audio room and demo'd several sets of speakers. Of those he lead me toward the Focal's (Btw I really wanted the setup in the little red car. That thing sounds amazing.) I determined that without a doubt they would meet and exceed my expectations. I had done some researching price wise I could actually have saved some money by purchasing online. I explained to Rich just that. he replied and I quote "Yea you might save a few bucks but when something goes wrong are you gonna have someone like me to call?" I laughed and said probably not. he then offered me a deal I could not refuse and I went upon my way. Thanks to Wrights sound gallery for having some of the best, and knowledgable people in Northern Louisiana. Good help is hard to find, but you managed to find it in Rich....

I want to say that my expectations were exceeded at WSG. The customer service was great, the installer did an outstanding job and understood what I wanted. I had a X930BT pioneer NAVI installed along with a backup camera and ipod cable attached. Beautiful install in my 2011 Sierra Denali. I am very particular as of what goes into my truck and have high standards and they exceeded that. Great job on the install its been a day that i have had it and no problems yet. What a beautiful deck and love the ipod options and calling capabilities and when i speak on the bluetooth its easy hear the caller and easy for them to hear me. Todd showed me how to use the unit and gave me a good deal. Todd really took care of me as a military member. Joshua_S

To the management of wright's Sound Gallery: ... On Monday, 11/01/10 I had a delightful experience….. I walked in and was cheerfully greeted by a gentleman at the sales counter. He introduced me to Justin…. (who) quickly accertained my needs… and showed me several models that met my criteria. I picked one. He affirmed my wise decision, dissappeared with the Jeep, and returned it twenty minutes later - radio installed!….Your customer-friendly staff made me feel welcome and important. Sales representative Justin professionally and expertly guided me in selecting an appropriate unit, immediately had it installed, and then demonstrated its functions in layman\'s terms. I could not be a happier customer….Thanks Wrights!

Mr. Mays, We are really enjoying our new Sony TV. Thank you so much for working to get it to us on Friday afternoon. The two young men who brought it out and installed it were very efficient and knowledgeable. They handled the job quickly and we were enjoying TV within 40 minutes after they drove up. Tom, On the second day of our week-long vacation we learned our housesitter had pushed the wrong buttons on our remote despite detailed instructions. She was in distress and I took a chance called Josh on a Saturday. He went to our home and got things handled. It saved our vacation – no worries! Tom, Thanks so much for your staff’s professional customer service! I dropped by your wonderful store on 11/28/08 to purchase a big screen TV. I was in a hurry in-between business meetings and was thrilled to be able to walk in the door and have immediate assistance. I was thrilled when you mentioned your staff could deliver my new 65” Mitsubishi the following day (a Saturday). The two professionals (I forget their names) you sent arrived early morning without delay. They promptly went to work with great skill and efficiency. Their knowledge and abilities were unmatched.
